is a 39 member retail buyers group that has been in existence for over 25
years. We sell only quality manufactured and modular homes from 75
locations in the Northeast, from Virginia to Maine. Manufactured/ modular
housing offers consumers ‘More for Less’. More living
space, More cabinet/storage space and More amenities for
their dollars spent. Everyone dreams of a new home and manufactured/
modular housing, with a wide range of financing options, can make these
dreams come true. In addition, our members obtain volume discounts from
manufacturers due to nearly $125 million in combined home sales. This
means that our customers get the lowest prices in the industry.
Volume Buyers represent national products like Fleetwood, Champion, and Titan Homes (a division of Champion Home Builders). Regional products like Commodore and Colony, our own plant - Castle, and one of the best modular products for the money, New ERA. We only allow long time, quality retailers and products into our group. Our philosophy is sell the consumer products that require little to no service at very competitive prices and everybody wins.
